3 c. rhubarb 4 eggs 1 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick 2 tbsp. butter Put rhubarb in greased pie pan. Beat rest of ingredients and pour over top of rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. | |

Recipe is fantastic. Could reduce sugar a little. No milk in this recipe (unlike normal impossible pies) - but liquid from rhubarb makes everything come together.
