Easy Corn Chowder

 Carolyn Worthington (New Jersey) says:
This is fake corn chowder... Chicken is not corn chowder... Real corn chowder uses onion cooked in salt pork, lots of Idaho potatoes, creamed and whole kernel corn in a base of light cream.. Real butter served on top.

This corn chowder was tasty and fast. We all don't have all day to cook and when it comes to corn, canned corn means I don't have to cook for an extra hour. The chowder was tasty and easy to make, and the idea of turkey bacon was good for me because of the lower cholesterol.
