EASY POTATO CORN CHOWDER | |
6 Idaho potatoes 4 cups frozen corn 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 pkg. Southeastern Mills gravy mix 8 cups water, divided salt and pepper, to taste Peel and dice potatoes. In soup pot combine potatoes and half of water and onion soup mix, cover and cook until potatoes are done. Add corn, return to boil. Combine gravy mix and 4 cups water, pour into pot, return to boil, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste, may add herbs according to taste if desired. Add additional water if too thick.
