IMPOSSIBLE HAM PIE 
1 c. frozen peas, rinsed and drained
1 c. cut-up cooked ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle peas, ham, and cheese into a greased pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6-8 servings.
