HONEY SOY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skin removed
1 cup all-purpose flour, for dredging

HONEY SOY SAUCE:

1 small onion, rough chop
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. cooking oil

Dredge chicken lightly in flour and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165°F.

When chicken is almost done add oil to a saucepan and cook onion until tender.

In a small mixing bowl mix honey, water, soy sauce and cinnamon. Add to saucepan. Add chicken to saucepan, cook in sauce until sauce starts to boil and reduce. Remove from heat.

Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable.
