CRISPY HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN
TENDERS
 
1 lb. chicken tenders
1 3/4 cups honey mustard salad dressing (I like Ken's)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (to taste)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Place flour in a shallow bowl, honey mustard dressing in a second bowl, and remaining ingredients in a third bowl.

Rinse and dry chicken tenders. Dredge in flour, then honey mustard dressing, then completely coat in bread crumb mixture.

Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear.

Serves 4.
