“BAKED FISH” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  BAKED FRENCH TOAST

BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish (Northern, cod, Pollock or similar kind)
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Put fish in 10x6-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake at 400°Ffor approximately 30 minutes. Baste fish once or twice while baking.

I made it with white ruffie. Also I added a can of chopped italian seasoned tomatoes. Soooooooooo delicious even my 3 year old likes it!

Great recipe! We will definitely make this again. We only used 3 tbsp. butter and it turned out fine. Very flavorful! We will also try cooking a little less than 30 minutes next time.
