TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb ground beef
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup minced onions
1 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. brown gravy mix
1 bag Tator Tots
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat. While cooking meat add the minced onions, garlic and brown gravy mix. When meat is cooked, add Cream of Mushroom soup. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch pan.

Lay tator tots on top of the meat until covered with them.

Bake at 375°F until the tator tots are cooked thoroughly (about 45 minutes). Spread the the cheese on top and put back in oven until melted. Take out serve and enjoy!

I didn't have tater tots but wanted to try this recipe out. So I thinly sliced potatoes like I do for my scalloped potatoes and layered them on top of the meat mixture, sprinkled with salt and pepper, covered and baked for 45 minutes, then I took out and sprinkled with cheese, covered it again and cooked it an additional 15 minutes... Very good.
