TATOR TOT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb ground beef 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/4 cup minced onions 1 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic 2 tbsp. brown gravy mix 1 bag Tator Tots 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Brown meat. While cooking meat add the minced onions, garlic and brown gravy mix. When meat is cooked, add Cream of Mushroom soup. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch pan. Lay tator tots on top of the meat until covered with them. Bake at 375°F until the tator tots are cooked thoroughly (about 45 minutes). Spread the the cheese on top and put back in oven until melted.
