GLEN'S TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork sausage
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken soup
2 cups milk
1 bag frozen Tator Tots (thawed)
1 small onion (diced)
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine beef and pork and diced onion in a skillet and brown. Drain off fat and pour meat in bottom of a casserole dish. In sauce pan combine soup and milk and bring to a simmer. Pour bag of thawed Tator Tots over meat mixture, press down evenly. Do not stir or mix. Pour soup mixture over tators and meat. Do not stir. Add cheese to top and bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and cheese is lightly toasted on top.

This was the best tater tot casserole I've made! My family absolutely loved it. The only thing I might change is to use all ground beef (rather than 1/2 beef & 1/2 sausage) only because I really didn't notice the sausage taste. But as far as the soup, taters & cheese--VERY GOOD.
