CHICKEN - RICE CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts, split (6 pieces)
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
2 c. water

Mix rice, soup, onion soup and water in casserole until blended. Place chicken breasts on top. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
