CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts, halved
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Liptons onion soup mix
3/4 c. reg. long grain rice
Milk
1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces

Rinse chicken well. Mix mushroom soup with one can of milk. Set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture. To the remainder add rice, mushrooms, and 1/2 package of onion soup mix. Pour into casserole dish. Place chicken breast on top.

Pour the reserved mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining onion soup mix on top. Cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 1h our and 15 minutes. Remove cover and finish baking for 15 minutes more.
