ZUCCHINI BISQUICK BAKE | |
1 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 3 c. unpeeled zucchini Combine all ingredients and place in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until top is golden brown. |
