STEWED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes

Flour and salt and pepper pork chops. Slice onion and bell pepper. Put small amount of Crisco oil in fry pan. Brown pork chops, onion and bell pepper. Drain oil. Add stewed tomatoes, and 1/2 can water, 1 tablespoon chili powder. Mix well, and simmer chops for at least 1 hour.

I skipped the browning part and bell peppers and just sliced a small yellow onion instead and placed it evenly in a saucepan, placed two boneless pork chops on top of them, seasoned with S&P and poured one can of Italian style stewed tomatoes over it and a little garlic powder and let simmer for an hour on the stove covered...YUMM!!!!!
