BECKY'S MILLION DOLLAR FROSTING 
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla

Put milk into saucepan. Add flour and whip with wire whip until no lumps. Cook slowly on medium low heat until thick; cool. Then cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add vanilla. Then add flour mixture.
