CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CRAB SAUCE 
6 boned skinless chicken breast sections (not whole breasts)
4 green onions
White Sauce (butter, 4-6 tbsp. flour, 2-3 c. milk)
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
2-3 shakes hot pepper
3/4 c. white wine
1 lb. crab meat or less

Boil chicken breasts. Place in oven-proof dish.

Saute green onions.

Make white sauce and add cheeses until melted. Add parsley, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, hot pepper and mix well. Add onions and wine. Gently stir in crab meat. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake 15-20 minutes.
