PAUL BUNYAN BURGERS 
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
Ketchup
Pickle relish
Chopped onion
Cubed cheese

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Divide into 4 parts (or more if you want smaller portions). Pat each portion of meat out on waxed paper on the bottom side of a 9 inch round cake pan. Spread with ketchup, leaving a 1 inch margin.

On 1/2 of each circle, put relish, onions and cheese. Lifting waxed paper, flip unfilled half of mixture over filling. Seal edges making sure they are thick.

Grill over low heat to desired doneness.

This is the original Paul Bunyan burger recipe. Finally found it online. Been making this for 30 years! Hint: Freeze them for a few hours or overnight as less likely to split. Flip once only if you can. Too die for!!! Making them now.
