CHIPPER FISH FILLETS 
1 to 2 lb. fish fillet
1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Dip fillets in salad dressing and arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Combine chips and cheese and sprinkle over all. Bake at 300°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes evenly.
