GRANDMA'S PEACH COBBLER 
1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches (in heavy syrup)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 large casserole dish

Step 1:

Mix flour and sugar well.

Step 2:

Mix milk in flour and sugar mixture well so it is not lumpy.

Step 3:

Pour Peaches and juice into a Large Casserole Dish.

Step 4:

Pour milk, flour, and sugar mixture over peaches.

Step 5:

Dab stick of butter over the mixture.

Step 6:

Preheat oven at 400°F.

Step 7:

Cook until bubbly.

Step 8:

Turn down heat to about 300°F.

Step 9:

Cook until lightly brown on top.

Step 10:

Enjoy!

It also helps to put a little cinnamon in the crust mixture and on top of the peaches. Great recipe!

To "dab" means to cut little pats of butter from the end of the butter stick, and drop them evenly over the top of the cobbler. Hope this helps!
