BAKED FISH FILLETS | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen fish fillets or fresh (flounder trout, redfish, sole, etc.) 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs (I use Italian) Line a very shallow baking pan with foil; grease foil. Place fillets in one layer in pan. Spread with mayonnaise; sprinkle with cheese, then with crumbs. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until lightly browned and fish flakes easily and looks opaque when tested with a fork, 25 minutes. Makes 2 or 3 servings. |
