BISCUIT BURGERS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
10 refrigerated biscuits
Onion
Catsup
Mustard
Relish

Combine ground beef and salt. Shape into patties. Brown in hot oil. Drain. Roll biscuit into 5 inch circles. Spread 5 biscuits with catsup and mustard. Place 1 pattie on each seasoned biscuit. Top with pickle relish and onion slice. Cover with another biscuit. Pinch top and bottom biscuits together to cover patties. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
