NANNY'S PEA SALAD | |
1 (15 oz.) can sweet peas, drained 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 cups small cubed cheddar cheese DRESSING: 3 tbsp. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. prepared mustard 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar (or equivalent) salt and pepper, to taste In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Add sugar. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add drained peas, chopped onion and cheese. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold. Submitted by: EAS |
