4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 box yellow cake mix

Combine 2 eggs, butter and cake mix and place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Then combine all the remaining ingredients together and layer on top. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes.
