WEIGHT WATCHERS PINEAPPLE
MUFFINS
 
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. dry milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. Sweet & Low
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 egg

Mix all ingredients well. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 6.
