GERMAN APPLESAUCE GLAZED PORK
ROAST

4-5 lbs. boneless pork loin roast (double loin, rolled & tied)
1 1/2 c. applesauce
3/4 c. red currant jelly
4 tsp. beef flavor instant bouillon (or 4 cubes)
1/4 tsp. ground all spice

Insert meat thermometer so bulb is in the center of the thickest part of roast. Place roast on rack in shallow pan. Roast 325 degrees, uncovered, about 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves, about 5 minutes. Baste roast with about 1/3 of sauce during last 30 minutes of roasting. Serve remaining sauce warm with meat. Serves 10 to 12.
