GLAZED PORK ROAST 
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. Grand Marnier
8 oz. canned whole cranberry sauce
1/8 tsp. EACH pepper, salt, garlic & cinnamon
2 lbs. trimmed, boneless pork loin

Place cornstarch, Grand Marnier, cranberry sauce, pepper, salt, garlic and cinnamon in medium-sized saucepan and cook over medium heat until all mixture thickens; set aside.

Place roast in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, then spoon cranberry glaze over roast. Continue cooking 45 minutes longer, basting every 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
