COOL RANCH TACO SALAD 
Spicy, crispy, cool & creamy!

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (1 oz.) packet taco seasoning
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 large head lettuce, torn
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small can sliced black olives
8 oz. shredded Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 (13 oz.) bag Cool Ranch Doritos
24 oz. Ken’s Steakhouse Buttermilk Ranch dressing (1-1/2 16 oz. bottles)

Brown ground beef with onion until cooked through.

Add taco seasoning per directions on packet; let meat mixture cool.

Combine lettuce, tomato, olives, and cheese in large mixing/salad bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prior to serving, coarsely crush Doritos and add to salad.

Add meat mixture; stir.

Toss salad with Buttermilk Ranch dressing until well coated.

Serve cold!
