AILEEN'S TUNA SALAD 
3 cans Tuna
1 egg (boiled cold finely chopped)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp seasoning salt of complete seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3 oz finely chopped onions
3 oz finely chopped celery
3 oz finely chopped dill pickles
3 oz finely chopped sweet red pepper
1 tbsp ranch dressing
2 to 3 tbsp. olive mayonnaise
2 oz Parmesan cheese (garnish)

Drain and discard water from tuna and place tuna in medium bowl. Combine all ingredients and mix with spoon. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
