CASSIE'S TUNA APPLE SALAD 
This is an absolutely delicious combination of flavors. It is also fast, cheap and healthy! I eat it for lunch several days a week. You can double or triple this recipe to serve as a side or serve over lettuce.

1 (5 oz.) can tuna (in water)
1/2 gala apple
1/4 onion
2 tbsp. low-fat feta cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil mayonnaise (or light mayo)

Drain tuna thoroughly. Dice apple and onion very small. Crumble feta cheese. Add mayonnaise and mix all ingredients well. Enjoy!
