TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
1 cup mini-marshmallows
8 oz. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
3 cups diced apples (with or without skin)

Mix together all ingredients. Place in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Serve cold.

Hey Laurel! I've made this recipe a few times now and it's delicious. The best part about it is that you can mix it up with whatever flavor of pudding you like. My personal favorite is the butterscotch, but I've also tried chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry and they all taste great. It's a perfect recipe for a picnic or potluck because it's easy to make and store, and everyone loves it!
