AILEEN'S TUNA SALAD | |
3 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna (your favorite) 1 egg (boiled cold and finely chopped) 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick) 1 tsp. seasoning salt (Lawry's) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/4 cup finely chopped celery 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper 1 tbsp. Ranch dressing (Kraft or HIDDEN VALLEY®) 2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil mayonnaise 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (for garnish) Drain water from tuna and place in medium bowl. Combine all ingredients and mix with spoon. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and put in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill before serving. Submitted by: Aileen |
