STAY-SOFT CHOCOLATE FROSTING | |
1/4 c. cocoa (unsweetened) 2 tbsp. cornstarch 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine cocoa, cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan. Add milk, cook slowly over a low heat stirring constantly. When thickened, remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Enough to frost 9 inch round cake. Double recipe for larger cakes or if you desire more generous amount of frosting. |
