CRAB PIE WITH BISQUICK | |
1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 sweet red pepper, chopped 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. crab meat 1 or 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 c. Bisquick 1 c. milk 3 eggs 1/2 c. Swiss cheese Grease a 9 x 12 baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions, pepper and garlic in butter until limp. Remove from heat and stir in crab meat, salt, pepper. In separate bowl mix Bisquick, eggs, milk. Pour batter into baking dish. Spread crab meat mixture over batter top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until brown. 1 pound shrimp can be substituted for crab meat. |
