CRAB MEAT PIE 
7 1/2 oz. crab meat or tuna
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
8 or 9-inch Unbaked pie shell

Combine crab meat, celery, salt, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, eggs and all but 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Mix lightly. Turn into unbaked pie shell, sprinkle with reserved crumbs and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, or until firm and brown. Should be golden brown and fluffy.

I saw this recipe on Facebook and decided to make for Super Bowl weekend. It was delicious. I did add a 1/4 tsp. pepper to the mixture.
