GLAZED HAM STEAK 
1 1/4 lb. ham steak
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/3 - 1/2 c. pineapple juice

Place ham steak in baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and dry mustard over ham. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup pineapple juice over ham. Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes.

Easy variation on frying. I used regular mustard and spread it on before brown sugar (I cut the amount of both as I am dieting). Also, since I had no pineapple juice, I squeezed a half of an orange (and pulp) over the top and tried to get a little on the bottom, with a tiny bit of water. Liked this a lot and it was easy. Before hand, I threw some sweet potatoes in the oven, and boiled up some purple cabbage. Very colorful meal.
