GLAZED HAM STEAK 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. BAMA peach or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. Realemon lemon juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 lb. center cut ham slice

In small saucepan combine pineapple, preserves, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors. Broil ham to desired doneness on both sides. Spoon pineapple mixture on top. Heat until hot and bubbly. Refrigerate leftovers.
