HAM STEAK (GLAZED) 
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. center cut ham

Blend syrup, mustard and vinegar together in small bowl. Brush one side of ham with mixture. Broil or grill for 2 minutes, brush with more glaze and broil 1 minute more. Turn and repeat the same other side. Brush the remaining glaze over the ham.
