“BELLE'S DEVILED EGGS” IS IN:

BELLE'S DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tsp. prepared yellow or Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
pinch of garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

GARNISH:

paprika
cayenne pepper (optional)
fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside.

Mash yolks with a fork, then blend in mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper (to taste).

Refill whites using mixture using about 1 tablespoon for each half egg.

Garnish with a sprinkling of paprika, cayenne pepper and chopped parsley.

Makes 1 dozen.
