MIRACLE LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tall can Milnot, whipped (or sweetened condensed milk)
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice and cool. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin; mix well. Fold whipped Milnot into gelatin mixture.
