POMEGRANATE SALAD 
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. vinegar
Dash Tabasco
2 tbsp. sugar

SALAD:

1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 pomegranate, seeded

CRUNCHIES:

1/2 c. sliced almonds
3 tbsp. sugar

Cook together until sugar is melted and almonds are coated. Just prior to serving, toss all together. Enjoy!
