Blender Caesar Salad Dressing

 Laura (Massachusetts) says:
This recipe was tasty, but not as creamy as I would have liked, even after a long time in the blender. I made the mistake of making it with extra-virgin olive oil, and so the oil was a dominant flavor.

This recipe is wonderful! Tastes very authentic and great for people who have egg allergies, as the egg is not even missed.. my new favorite salad dressing

Quick and easy... I used a small slushie blender which was perfect. Did not add anchovies. Will try again, but I will use less vinegar (I used white wine variety). Makes a perfect consistency!

A bit tart with both lemon juice and vinegar. Or maybe the lemon I used was extra large? Easy taste. I put in anchovies paste instead of Worchestershire.

I used 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar instead, I upped the Parmesan cheese to 1/2 cup, skipped the anchovies and added cooked bacon, added 1/4 cup Mayo, little salt and pepper. It was fabulous!! It was pretty close to the real thing and I didn't even miss the anchovies!
