CRAB & MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. dry macaroni
1 lb. crab meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper
1/2 Kosher dill pickle
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped (optional)

Prepare macaroni as directed on package for salad. Finely chop the onion, pepper and pickle and celery. Stir into macaroni with crab, mustard and Old Bay. Mix in as much mayonnaise as you like in your macaroni salads. Fold in eggs last. Any seafood may be substituted for crab. Great for parties.
