This crock pot pork chop surprise was good. I did however make some changes which should be recognized here. Pork is difficult to work with because it cooks quickly and becomes tough once cooked. What I did is to flash brown the chops first in a frying pan on high heat and season with Mrs. Dash and cook in Holland House marsala cooking wine. Then I transferred to crock pot placing on top of potatoes and carrots. I then made Lipton onion soup with hot water, only 1/2 cup of water and one package, I then added 1/4 cup of marsala wine to complete a 3/4 cup mixture then pour over chops and veggies. I then spooned out the Campbell's "cream of mushroom soup" over chops. After 8 hours it was falling of the bone and moist. Really tasty and good!!!!

I love this recipe, but I add 2 cans of cream of chicken instead of one can of cream of mushroom.

Very good! I added some garlic salt on the chops and soy sauce to the soup.
