CHICKEN ITALIAN DRESSING BAKE 
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and salt in a plastic bag; shake to mix. Dip chicken in salad dressing. Place one piece of chicken in bag, and shake to coat. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken. Place in a lightly greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Spray chicken with cooking spray, and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until done. Yield 4 servings.

This is really good for something so quick and easy! Only took me 10 minutes of prep for 16 large drumsticks.

If you have a bit more time I recommend marinating the chicken in Italian dressing overnight instead of just dipping them in it on the spot. The tangy taste penetrates well and they turn out delicious.
