This is delicious but ONLY use red or fingerling potatoes! Also try 1 packet Italian seasoning sprinkled over potatoes and chicken, 1/2 cup butter melted over chicken and potatoes then cook 45 min to 1 hours or until chicken not pink. YUM!!!
