BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
Muffins:

1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Topping:

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Grease muffin tin. Beat banana, oil, milk, vanilla and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients, divide evenly among muffin cups. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Top each muffin with ingredients.

Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
