1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling mix
2 c. (1 pt.) whipping or heavy cream, whipped (or Dream Whip)
38 Nabisco Nilla Wafers (or desired amount)
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced or halved
3/4 c. Nestle Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate
Additional Little Bits, Nilla Wafers and strawberries are optional

In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and water. Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in Dream Whip.

Spoon 2 cups pudding into 3 quart glass serving bowl, top with half of each of the Nilla Wafers, strawberries, Nestle Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate and remaining pudding. Repeat layering. Garnish with additional Little Bits, Nilla Wafers, and strawberries if desired. Chill thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers.
