PINEAPPLE SAUCE FOR HAM | |
1 c. brown sugar, packed 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with syrup 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. prepared mustard In small saucepan, mix brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt; stir in pineapple with syrup, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve with baked ham on side or glaze ham as it bakes. |
