OSLO PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. hot water
1 med. onion

Flour pork chops in seasoned flour. Sear in pan. Combine sugar, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add to hot water and bouillon. Pour over chops. Add sliced onion on top. Cook 10 minutes at 400 degrees, 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Sauce can be thickened with cornstarch. Pour over rice to serve. Serves 4.
