Spanish Peanuts and Green Pea Salad

Mrs Laurie J Miller (Ohio) says:
I give this recipe 5 stars, but ONLY if made the way I received it and continue to make it. The dressing differences are inconsequential -- the real difference is when and how to serve it. Serve immediately after combining, and use the peas STILL FROZEN! This is the Summer salad that picnic goers crave on a hot day. Make the dressing earlier and refrigerate. Use plenty of ice in the ice chest, or better yet, get a block of dry ice to keep the peas really frozen. Soooo refreshing on a hot day, and it's the salad for which everyone begs the recipe -- I get rock star reviews wherever I take it!
