ICE BOX FRESH PEACH PIE | |
4 med. peaches, peeled and sliced 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 3 tbsp. peach Jello Deep dish pie crust Bake the pie shell. Arrange peaches in crust. Mix sugar, water, and cornstarch together and cook until thick. Add Jello and stir well. Cool. Pour over peaches. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping. |
